What are the best fraternity houses at JMU and who owns them ?

best house is obviously gingerbread on south main just because it’s the only actual “frat house”.
the only other frat houses that are good are mountain view who's owned by asig and main on south main that’s owned by pbx. ka has the 2 old pike houses down south main aswell but doesn’t have the basement or size of asigs and pbx main house. gingerbread clears though

Gingerbread looks great aesthetically but you can’t really have giant bangers there, yes you can pack up on the front yard but the inside isn’t as big as you’d think because it’s 4 apartments. Still it’s an iconic house but I would say there are better party houses

I’ve heard Colonial has a huge basement I don’t know who lives there though

Best darty houses are probably kappa sig houses near campus, lambda south main houses, sig ep residential house, and maybe gingerbread and mountain view
