1.D sig, 1.KA, 1.Pike, 1.Phi Psi All of these frats are on top for a reason

Lower top
1.A sig, 2.Sig Nu (kicked off campus), - SNU is on a very slippery slope

Upper mid
1.Theta chi, 1.ATO - Theta chi is losing housing but still good and ATO only has one house
2.Sig ep, 2.DTD - Gaining housing and has a growing brotherhood
3.Kappa Sig - Kappa Sig is exclusively Richmond kids

Mid
1.Lambda, 2.Pi Kapp, 2.FIJI - All three are kinda struggling to keep afloat currently but if they get it together it could be worth ur time

Lower mid
1.KDR, 2.Beta, 2.PBX, 3.TKE - I would not recommend rushing

Bottom
Aepi, Acacia, DU - irrelevant
