2023/2024 Fraternity Tier Ranks

Top Tier
Dsig/Pike/KA- KA and Dsig have clear housing advantages which allow them to host larger scale parties and have better options. Dsig getting bungalow and KA taking Main from Pike were both huge additions. Pike's name will always keep them floating at the top tier level. Dsig and KA also do well in intramurals and are known for good relationships with sororities. All three of these consistently mix with top sororities and are known for having the best parties on campus. All also seemed to have had great rushes and retained most of the kids they gave bids to. Consistently good rush classes, housing (more so Ka/dsig), and relations/brand names on campus.

Second tier
Sig nu, Asig- Also both have respectable housing and mix with good sororities, there's definitely a gap here between the two but they make up the second tier.

Third tier
ATO, Theta Chi, Phi Psi, Kappa Sig- ATO losing bungalow to Dsig was a huge loss, they're also off campus but they still have consistent groupies. Theta Chi and Phi Psi both show the ability to have high performances but need to be more consistent. Kappa Sig has a strong enough base to keep them here.

Lambda, DTD, Pi kapp
