3) Pike : Lost housing but still has great guys, tight brotherhood, great sorority relations, big name
4) Sigma Nu : Cool upperclassmen, okay housing, clicky friend groups, decent sorority relations
5) ATO : Great group of guys, off campus (pros & cons), stays out of frat drama (mixes w pike & dsig)
6) Phi Psi : the nice guys, housing is rising (nothing major), decent sorority relations, been on campus for 5 years
7) Alpha Sig : tiktok boys of jmu, decent sorority relations, decent housing
8) Theta Chi : nice guys, decent sorority relations, okay housing, paid shy glizzy 5k to perform 3 songs
