Pike's Community College craze

Whats with Pike having such a strong representation of their fraternity be blue ridge community college students, is that even allowed, didn't know about this til recently, but why are they the only one that takes those kids tho lol does blue ridge have that many cool guys that pike wants and know that's the only place they'll be taken...

jmu has some deal with blue ridge where their students are treated like jmu students and are then accepted into jmu after they complete their courses

They can’t get stud freshman anymore so they bank on transfers + sophomores and some okay freshman… been like this since 2018
