Agree on KS they’re doing pretty well for themselves. Good housing and over 30 in the fall class.

SigEp tends to attract the kind of guy who wants more than a drinking club out of his fraternity. Students go to college to develop personally and professionally. Some other fraternities have facilities that house brothers in environments that harm rather than help those goals by forcing brothers to go elsewhere to study during parties. But SigEp's substance-free facility provides a very conducive environment for doing what students go to college to do.

The real SigEps all quit the national fraternity because they banned drinking. Current chapter is just SimpEp, they're aren't even real brothers!

The hardest part of the transition from drinking club to a substance-free service organization is making this philosophical shift in the membership and community. Most of our former members didn’t sign up for a dry chapter house with no pong tables or Fireball shots. The National fraternity is supporting chapter leaders who are really bought in to making SigEp a substance-free chapter on our campus. We can be confident that SigEp is on the right path. It will somewhat different, and certainly a lot less risky social program than before, but it will be an even stronger brotherhood with real accountability when brothers make bad choices.

Honestly, DU is the most underrated, get tons of heads at parties, just bid a football player and I heard a basketball player wants to rush next semester too. Attractive girls going to there parties, the new brothers know a ton of heads so they should easily get at least a 30 man pledge class. Mike Eisner the owner of Disney used to be in this frat. They created beer pong and Gatorade. They keep putting work in they will reach top 3 in no time and college weekly may even do a video about them cause I heard someone in their new exec knows a college weekly reporter.
