They rate their own members on attractiveness and only match pretty ranking pnms to pretty ranking sisters.

Yes, I’m on GreekRank bc Alabama Rushtok was the best thing to happen in 2021. I also worked bts on recruitment events at a big SEC school this year. I can confirm shady APhi recruitment strategies. The chapter I was working with flew in pretty sisters from other chapters to participate in recruitment in an effort to elevate this chapter’s ranking. The less pretty girls, many of whom lived in the house, weren’t even invited to participate in recruitment. Not surprisingly this chapter has a terrible retention rate.
I didn’t like my own sorority’s recruitment strategies but this takes the cake.

I was a hired vendor who set up about $70,000 worth of floral, balloon and other decor installations for them and another sorority at the same school during recruitment. The effort put into impressing PNMs is different down here.

What is your motivation on posting this type of comment? You know that they are in the middle of recruitment like all the other sororities. Are you hoping that PNMs will drop them and their house will close down?
Intentionally trying to inflict harm on others makes you just as morally corrupt as you seem to think they are.

I think pnms should know what they are signing up for and the true values of their houses tbh

If you helped with their recruitment were you also marking girls that could go, must go or were “so not alpha phi”
