I am thinking about joining a new and rising fraternity and would like to know if they are rising because I’ve been reached out to by a few brothers

Tbh beta is one of the bottom frats here. You can only rise when your on the bottom. If you fw the ppl there then join them. But I wanted to give you the shallow truth
