harry styles concert vs sorority

i was going to rush in the fall but the open house round is the same day as the harry styles concert which i bought tickets to in 2019. i’m thinking of going to the concert and then just doing COB in the spring??? is COB a good idea/whats peoples experiences with it??

Don’t do it you’ll be miserable for the next 4 years unless you rush as a freshman sell those tickets

Yeah rushing as a sophomore and rushing as a freshmen are not equal experiences. You can still get a lot out of it as a sophomore but you won’t have as many girls in your grade in your pledge class to be close to

If you don’t attend open house or only go on one of the days majority of the houses (even ones you do attend) will end up dropping you

go to the concert and do fall or spring cob, if you dont like the sororities you meet during cob you dont have to join. you can always rush as a sophomore too a lot of people at jmu do.

If you don’t do original fall recruitment a lot of sororities won’t know you to even consider you for cob. Skip the concert

yea you need to at least be on their radar for the most part for cob
