At SigEp we don't believe life is a pass fail which is why instead on one semester of pledging we have the Balanced Man Program (BMP). SigEp’s Balanced Man Program provides the structure, support and guidance required for today’s student to fully utilize the 90 percent of college they spend outside of classroom walls. Based on equal rights and responsibilities for all members, the program’s progressive challenges provide brothers the opportunity to grow and fine-tune skills they can’t get in the classroom.

The only frats that don’t haze are snu and ato, Id stay away from Greek life if ur afraid ab it tho

ato definitely doesn’t haze, I’ve heard brothers get reprimanded by exec if they get caught hazing
