Although I don't agree with these rankings, the two people who replied are idiots. It clearly says in no particular order within the tiers so they never said lambda chi and sig ep are lower than the others in that tier. How some of you even get into college I will never know. Someone in lambda chi or sig ep clearly trolls this site too much and needs get a life.

It's true. There isn't really tiers. Guys join what they like. But I will do my best to describe them to girls/guys coming in to get an idea. It's all about preference though.
Sx- these guys are pretty standard guys. They are cool and like to party. Some are kinda stuck up and not all that chill though
Dx- nice and preppy. But a little bit try hards. Southern tide, southern proper ect.
Ka- a lot of fun. A nice mix of guys. They get along really well. A lot of northerners but also southerners. Fun parties
Ato- very large so there is a little but lack of brotherhood. But overall fun guys. A lot of northerners but really nice. No creepers
Pike- a little crazy. A lot of people really like their parties. Some really fun guys but a lot of a$sholes. Not that hot
Ks- keep to themselves but really fun group of guys. Southern. Good band parties. Good brotherhood
Pikapp- they don't really care about anything. Not that fun but they have a good brotherhood
Sn- nice guys. Their parties can be fun. They also have a mix of guys. Some a little wired though
Lambda chi- quirky but nice and fun. They have their fans. They don't really care either
These are really the only fraternities I know anything about so I won't mention the ones I don't know. And again, this is just my opinion! They all have some great guys!

Are you high? Sigma Nu and Delta Sig over Delta Chi? Sigma Nu is worse than Lambda Chi, and Delta Sig might as well not even be a fraternity.

In terms of Parties and overall social standing amongst rest of greek life:
1) KA
2) ATO
3) Pike
4) Sigma Chi
5) Delta Chi
6) Sigma Nu
7) Pi Kapp
8) Delta Sig
9) Lambda Chi
10) Fiji
11) Sig Ep
12) Tke
13) DU
14) AePi
15) Theta Chi
16) DTD
Top 8 are good, 9-11 are ok, 12-16 are bad

Shut the f up about Delta Sig being above LXA, Pikapp, or Signu. They aren't. Plain and simple. Tired of you Delta Sigs trying to make y'all look like y'all are relevant. YOU AREN'T. GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD. 1. You have nothing on Pikapps reputation. and 2. you have nothing on LXA's parties. Stop trying, you aren't that great. Y'all had a brotherhood event where y'all talked about how to dress "fratty" for Christ's Sake.

???? Calm down there buddy, it's just an anonymous Greek ranking site, and you definitely made that up. No one said Delta Sig was better than PIKAPP, LXA, or Sigma Nu. They just have thrown a lot of parties this year. Please don't talk out of your ass about stuff you do not know or spread falsified rumors

If you're talking about a top 5 pledge class in terms of nerdiness, DU wins. Top 5 = KA, ATO, Pike, SN, DX....followed by LXA, SX, Pikapp, Sigep, Fiji....followed by bottom tiers like Delta Sig, DU, DTD, etc.

No one agrees with individual rankings; and a tier-system is all types of fucced up.
Guys who throw parties worth attending, and maintain social relevance:
ATO, KA, SX, DX, PIKE, SN, KS.
Guys who throw parties that maybe you remember one from last year:
FIJI, PiKap, LXA, SigEp.
Well.. they try:
TKE, Delta Sig.
Guys who have more fun on campus than off:
DU, DTD, AEPi, Theta Chi. Wait, is Theta Chi even still at JMU?

I would mostly agree with you. But in the top row I'd take out Kappa Sig and replace them with PiKap and LXA. Nobody who is a freshman even knows of KS and they rarely throw down anymore like they used to and on the other hand the PiKap and LXA parties I've been to lately have been some of the most fun parties I've been to this year.

You're definitely not in Greek Life at JMU. KA and SX both have way better parties than DX. KS basically isn't even a frat anymore. And most sororities would agree that PiKap, LXA, and Sig Ep are all better than Fiji, Delta Sig, and DU.
