In no order of tier because each frat strikes a key with different kinds of personalities:
Pike/ATO/KA: Generally Northern and not the pastel type
KS/SX/DX/SN: Not really Southern but they dress like it
LXA/PiKapp: A mix of the two above
Fiji/SPE: Like KS/SX/DX/SN but not nearly as fun
Delta Sig/DU: Fun for the girls who knew the boys going into the frat to begin with
Theta Chi/TKE/AEPi: Awesome and hilarious once you get to know them!

Mostly agree except switch TKE and AEPi and put Delta Sig with SigEp and Fiji. ATO can go down as well
