I agree with this but I would just put the top and 2nd tiers into an overall top tier. Those 5 sororities are all on top I wouldn't put any higher than another

Tri Delt is definitely not number two. It should be below Zeta. And AST is way too high up, it should be after Theta. Make those changes and then it becomes pretty accurate.
