Which fraternity would you say has the best/nicest house? I don't only mean size, I mean the whole house in general including the outside and inside

Kappa Sig's Colonial house is really nice, Sig Nu's house on Walnut is a real house as opposed to a bunch of apartments smashed together. KA's house on South Main is really nice even though it is just a bunch of apartments. SX and DX look nice on the outside but they're just a bunch of apartments squished into one house.
