Which fraternity would you say has the best/nicest house? I don't only mean size, I mean the whole house in general including the outside and inside

I've never actually been in it but from the outside the Delta Chi house looks like it would be the nicest

Both Sigma Chi's and Delta Chi's houses are disgusting on the inside. Sigma Chi's is probably the best. Delta Chi's "house" is really set up like an apartment complex with really long hallways...no open space at all.

#8 got it right. Having a bunch of apartments strung together is a joke for a house. With that, SN and KS have the best houses and they aren't disgusting. But with KS technically gone i would have to say Sigma Nu wins. Cleanish house, good basement, and good size floor for parties.
