You sounds like the same person who is going around telling other sororities that they are "low tier", get over yourself, we are all in Greek life if you want to make this a petty game you can but you look dumb.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 3.0 They show up hammered to all the philanthropy events, and I personally have heard a lot of issues/drama within their sisterhood. Very popular with frats because they know they will get many hookups. It's sad to see a chapter gain such a bad rep, some of them are very nice girls but I just wouldn't recommend them as a #1 choice for rushing.
