Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 2.4 A lot of their initiated members who were cool either dropped or graduated but they seem to be improving because of how their my recruit. They need to work on retention though because it looks bad when half of their house girls from last year drop

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 3.7 so here’s the thing ab phi sig. I think they’re recruiting better and getting better girls. While I think their older pledge classes are kinda cliquey and separated, you can definitely see in the new pledge classes that they have put in the work and recruited well. All the girls ik in phi sigma r happy to be there and r seriously living their best lives.
