Definitely still bottom tier and will take time to work their way up. However, very social girls with good personalities. Cannot really group them into one stereotype since there are a lot of different types of girls that make up this sorority. From what I've seen they are involved in other sorority/fraternity events. Had a good first year on campus and will hopefully continue to do well depending on this recruitment.

the girls in this sorority need to stop acting like they’re the best on the row. they all are in this because they couldn’t get bids from anywhere else and or were too lazy to go through the recuirtment process. Full of random weirdos and they never mix with anyone good for a REASON. Probably the bottom house below DG

New sorority on campus with a lot of potential. Heavily involved in other fraternity and sorority philanthropy events. Very strong sisterhood because theres nearly 200 girls in their "pledge" class. Knows how to have a good time at mixers. Extremely diverse group of girls.

For being brand new, Phi Sig has really showed out. A lot of them are surprisingly attractive considering everyone deems them as "Formal Recruitment Rejects". Also super friendly and know how to have a good time.

People are SO quick to judge the women in this sorority which shows a lot about Greek Life at JMU. Seems like bashing on the new girls makes people feel a lot better about themselves and their chapter. I have only met one or two rude phi sigs out of the nearly 200 girls in the chapter. They genuinely have had a decent first year on campus despite the amount of crap they've been taking from other lovely sorority women. The only negative thing I have to say is that you guys shouldn't be comparing yourself to other sororities this early on. Focus on your chapter and bettering yourselves, not whose higher on this bull tier system.
