Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 3.2 theta and phi mu are both no more than middle tier sororities so I don't get why all of this matters. And seriously y'all cannot argue if one of you is "better" than the other because EVERYONE has different opinions. You guys are pretty much the same anyway this is stupid. Theta and phi mu are average af.
