Dirty rushing, talking about parties and drinking during recruitment is not cute or classy. Seems really trashy of them. Should follow the rules like everyone else

honestly I loved their philanthropy round the most during recruitment so far! The girls I talked to seemed super passionate about their events and how much fun they are so I'm excited to hopefuly see them later in rounds

the amount of bullying that goes down within this sorority is so sad. i know so many girls that hate themselves for going aphi because their sisters are so mean to each other. so cliquey it’s wild. someone needs to humble them.

anyone that thinks alpha phi is going to be their best option for a sisterhood really needs to search “university of Michigan alpha phi recruitment” and see how shady and messed up their National’s recruitment strategy is… good luck

I read about this and unfortunately I don’t think their recruitment strategies are atypical. One thing that I have heard about them nationally that is unique is that for certain chapters they will have sisters from other chapters travel to participate in rush. Their own sisters who aren’t deemed “worthy” have to sit out recruitment while prettier sisters from other schools who don’t even know each other play pretend. 🙄 I wouldn’t be surprised if JMU’s chapter did this several years ago to improve their ranking considering they were one step above DG for many years.

The entire new pledge class is a joke/disgusting. Used to be top tier. Clearly no one can get ahold of the new girls to teach them some class and value of reputation.

my roommate joined aphi and i joined a diff srat. i was worried the girls would be a bit judgey when i'm around them but her friends from her PC are so kind and lots of fun (not to mention really pretty.) lots of love to PC 21 <3 xoxo
