Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 1.0 They actually had a FUND of $1,000 for recruitment fines saved up because that's where the cap is for how much FSL can fine you. This is NOT the point of these rules and something seriously needs to be done about them. Every other sorority on campus plays by the rules, it isn't hard.
