Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.2 I've been seeing these guys around campus a lot more often whether they are getting food together or at events. Also a couple are in my classes and they're surprisingly not creeps. I went to a few of their parties usa, wild west, ect. and it was actually pretty fun. They aren't any where close to top tier but i think they are on the rise.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 2.2 Bottom tier. Maybe hear of a party from Theta Chi once a semester. They guys are pretty awkward but they are nice. Trying to come out of the bottom tier and they seem to be making process but only time will tell.
