Yo Sig-Ep, the self ranking is blatantly obvious. This is an almost perfectly average middle-tier fraternity. They have houses, do throw parties and have a following. But there has been a sense that they are just wannabe KS's or DX's, they have been very average for a long time and there is no sense that they will reach the top-tier of popularity any-time soon. TKE took one of their houses. That said, they have been on campus for a while and aren't a terrible choice by any means to pledge.

Sig Ep lies at the tail end of the middle tier. They are a bit too much with how fratty they try to look (similar to Fiji). They haven't really stood out as a fraternity with either parties or philanthropies. They have a dwindling handful of ZTAs who come to their parties and with the exceptions of maybe Phi Mu and AST they are laughed at by sororities.
