Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.2 Since I've been a freshman (I'm not a rising senior), they have been getting better. Still would not consider them top tier, but with all the fraternities getting dropped by JMU they have been doing decently well. Great day drinks.
