Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.0 These guys are in the very middle of the middle tier. They have some really fun parties. They just need to get their name out more and they would be a lot better. Also, their sketchy reputation is undeserved, they aren't bad at all.
