Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.0 I'd say that Pi Kapp is consistently ranked at the top of the middle tier fraternities, either behind or ahead of ATO. They have 4 or more houses which are all pretty big. And they throw down a lot. You can always count on them for a party, any day of the week. It seems that a large majority of brothers are from Maryland, except for Ric Hoyt, the legend himself. Most sororities love them too. Pi Kapp is a genuine brotherhood of self-Conscience, non-try-hards that are good at soccer and partying.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.0 They're on the rise again, and throw some of the best parties by far. They're getting bigger gradually instead of adding everyone who rushes like ATO does. that's what makes them more of a fraternity in my opinion.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.6 These guys are an actual fraternity not a club like many other frats on campus. They have great brotherhood and are definitely on the way up in the greek scene.
