Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.4 These guys are right in the middle tier. They throw some really fun basement parties when they have them. They have a sketchy reputation but everyone I've met seems really nice and I don't get a bad vibe from them at all.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.0 Fraternity is like Kappa Sigma in the way that they really don't associate themselves with campus and they are somewhat secretive. People have probably "seen" them, they just don't wear letters, so it's not as obvious. Regardless, this is my favorite fraternity of the middle tier.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.2 My roomate brought me to one of their parties. They're fun guys but no one really knows about them and I never see any of them wearing letters on campus. Just like the comment below me, I'd say they lead the middle tier if you compare the quality of guys to fiji, sig ep, or sigma nu.
