Weird to call them a fraternity but good guys nevertheless. Not your typical frat. I wouldn't say they are on the rise, but they have been getting better slowly. I don't see much community involvement from them however their brotherhood is very good.

Most of these hate ranks aren't even true. They like to party and they do so often. Always have a great time there. Undeniably on the rise. You won't see many of them wearing letters.

Person below me, these guys are very much a fraternity and a real one with a real pledge process and respectable dudes. Majority of them are straight up great, but some of them kill their image and everyone thinks that's who they are. They actually do have a lot of fratty and southern guys who are traditional. But man if they learned to stop biding everyone they would be a top house.
