Kappa Alpha Order - ΚΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 2.0 So I went to KA tonight looking to have a nice time out with my friends before spring break and was harassed by SK girls to leave the “mixer”. No one told us that this was a mixer but instead a KA boy man handled my friends and I out since he couldn’t wait for us to find our other friends. If someone simply told us hey this is a mixer maybe come back tomorrow we would have respected that but instead we were blindsided. I have never experienced someone , let alone a 5th year student, yell at me , an 18 year old small girl the way he did. His friends had to intervene it was so bad! After being brutally kicked out we reported this to the police. I will be in contact with them and the frat president to resolve any further disputes. The saddest part was we thought we had friends in this frat but it turned out they didn’t know us when the time came. Loss for them though because now the police will be on their radar for weeks. Next time try and have a simple conversation with someone instead of belligerently screaming!

Kappa Alpha Order - ΚΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 2.0 It’s a shame what KA has turned in to. Couple years back this fraternity used to be fantastic, great guys and fun parties. But with the senior class who really represented this fraternity well leaving, im really disappointed with what this fraternity has developed into, and will eventually become. The younger classes are just plain creepy or boring. Sure there are some good guys, but from my experiences and some of my sisters, just bad vibes overall coming from them. I wish they were better as I really enjoyed past parties, but it’s all going downhill.

It’s a shame what KA has turned in to. Couple years back this fraternity used to be fantastic, great guys and fun parties. Kappa Alpha Order - ΚΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 2.0 KA is definitely still considered top tier, however I can’t see them staying there for much longer. Pike and Sig nu are still going on strong, but from going to some parties and hearing from friends the parties have been mediocre, and a lot of guys ditch you or get aggressive at parties if you show even a hint of not wanting to hook up. If you’re looking to have a quality time go somewhere else, pike sig nu dsig ato
