Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 1.4 T-rashy brothers. Been to a few of their parties and all but one was actually poppin. At that one party that was poppin guys were much more douchy and touchy. Fits the stereotype they built frog 2019
