Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.0 These guys are way underrated. The way they dress at least gives them a 4/5 in classy. Throw solid ragers, at least 3/4 are bangable, and they're super involved. As long as they don't screw it up, they're on their way to the top.
