If FIJI would be more aggressive, sociable and ougoing, your fraternity would be one of the better ones on campus. You have the potential to become that fratrnity. It is up to your brotherhood.

They seem to get along with each other and they have a decent sized membership but they really need improvement on the kind of guys they extend bids to.
