So this is the real deal: They don't have a house and they haven't had much success with their mixers this past year. Their reedeming quality is like the 7 or 8 brothers who are very social and the rest are either very awkward or plain annoying. If they got a good house and were a little more selective during recruitment they'd be a lot better but for now they're on an even level with Fiji which isn't much to write home about.

definitely on the rise in m opinion! I didn't go to parties last year but I want to give them a chance. They seem fun and also are cute and under hyped

Super nice guys, definitely one of my fav places to go. They are dif from a lot of other frats but not in a bad way. They definitely need better houses they literally only have like one place in forest but aside from that I think they are good.

Sure they're getting better but they've never even had a successful mixer. They had to make it open and invite other girls to come because barely any girls in the sororities they're trying to mix with show up and unfortunately mixers factor into the tier system. So yea delta sig your still bottom tier with potential to rise.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Getting better. All their groupies that are in good sororities are usually the girls who aren't attractive enough to get attention at their mixers with top frats because those guys rather talk to their other sisters. Also need a better house but definitely above average.

Went from not knowing they exsisted my first year here to now hearing about them quite often. Do well in greek sing, also have some cool philanthropy (not on ka, pike, ato level, but still good), and overall have decent parties. Not my first choice but definitely enjoy stopping by every now & then. Good middle tier :)

I have to disagree with the last comment. Definitely not super popular with the upperclassmen at JMU, but all the girls on my hall would always talk about their parties and how the guys were cool/different from other frats they went to. Have gone to a couple really good parties of theirs in forest, they have a very cool house

This sounds harsh but delta sig just is not really known on campus, most couldn't tell you where any of their houses are if they even have any, and the few things I have heard about their parties aren't good. Just kind of irrelevant at JMU.

LOL stop trying to compare yourselves to Sig Ep. Basically another TKE but with less houses.
