Stop self ranking and just accept what it is. If you work hard, you can improve, but don’t pretend to be something you’re not. If you want to improve, try pairing up with other frats around your level (KDR, Theta Chi, DTD) and do stuff with them. Mixers might follow.

Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.2 They have a really close group of guys and I’ve had more fun at some of their parties than going to Fiji and pike some nights. I think it’s just hard for them to get out of being stereotyped as a lower tier cause they are relatively new
