in my 4 years here this frat has held the same ranking the entire time, and it’s not a good one. They’re like the one low of the low tier that will never move out. they’re perpetually bad.

As a close friend to many of the brothers, I would say as far as their brotherhood goes its really strong. Parties and campus involvement could do better. Stop letting in randoms.
