Despite popularity, Lambda is very good looking, has been getting more fratty kids, very classy, pretty fun, and starting to get involved a little more each year. Some kinks they need to work out, but overall are a good middle tier fraternity. Expect a great PC from them this year, and possibly the chance to move up a tier in a couple of years.

Nothing great about them. Nothing terrible either. They are awkward, but they make up for it with decent parties and some few gems. Really, this is the fraternity right smack in the middle.

Definitely second on top. Much like Sigma Chi, they lack in the looks department, but make up with being the frattiest at JMU.

Terrible parties. These guys are nothing what a Sig Ep should be. It's not really their fault either. It's their national's fault for creating the Balanced Men program. These guys aren't even a chapter at JMU and are try-hards as well.

Similar to Sig Nu and Lambda. Except, they smoke more weed. These guys are middle of the road like SigNu. I don't expect much of them to change.

Definitely upper tier. They have very awkward parties, but make up for it in every other category. Good southern gentlemen right here. Expect good PC's from them in the future. If they don't get in trouble, they will remain top tier for a long time.
