Here's the thing. Phi Mu IS making their way up, because they got some girls that are funny and sweet, but they are still trying to hard to be "sorority" by wearing lilly and j.crew instead of just trying to find what makes them unique. At the moment, they're like a weird mix of APhi, ADPi, and ZTA. In a couple of years, they'll probably be in the top, but they're still figuring themselves out so it'll be a while.
