Word has it that they just got a new house on West Market as well as the old Sigma Chi house in forest. These guys are definately going in the right direction. They have also become much more involved in and around campus. Look out for these guys, they are working their way up the ladder.

Pulling themselves out of the bottom tier but that will take time. The next few pledge classes will determine whether or not they hit middle tier.

At the tail end of the middle tier. They have a decent number of guys in the fraternity and a lot of potential. They just need to pull themselves together and then they will improve.

Brothers have a lot of money and will blow it on randomly good parties, but they just don't have the reputation yet and so constantly get bashed on this site for being new. Rumor is that they have a house now, so I give them credit
