They're on the rise again, and throw some of the best parties by far. They're getting bigger gradually instead of adding everyone who rushes like ATO does. that's what makes them more of a fraternity in my opinion.

Yes they're new and it's hard to judge them but they didn't get off to a good start. They're already in trouble for unregistered parties, they're hardly involved on campus, there's barely any sisterhood, and a lot of the sisters are very negative about ADPi and every other sorority on campus.
