Pike has a bad reputation but almost all of the stuff you hear isn't true. They definitely have the most parties, and have a lot of great looking guys that can actually show you a good time. Clearly top tier.

Kicked off for minimum 5 years but by the time they can apply for rechartering JMU will have bought their house to expand. Great guys though and you gotta feel bad for their recently "initiated" pledges.

Fall pledge class is really cool, still a bunch of jerks though. Rumor was that most of their pledge class got black balled by DX, SN, KA and ATO and so SX got the leftovers. The only reason people like them so much is because they have the biggest basement by far which allows them to have bigger parties with better DJs

Definitely on the rise, will be a top tier soon. Solid fall pledge classes since 2010, spring classes are a bit weirder but great guys. Know how to party, the new socials are going to do a great job this spring.

The guys are good looking but really can't actually carry on a conversation with a girl without talking about sports or the gym. Some of them don't even know each other which is probably due to them not having a pledge process. More of a social club than fraternity.
