Every time I meet a phi mu, I come out of it smiling like an idiot. These girls are so kind, caring, and fun to be around, I've never met another chapter with their positive attitudes. The thing is, they don't care if they're bottom tier or top tier, what matters to then is their sisters and their philanthropy and that's what really matters.

The bottom line is when people come on campus and they see a girl looking her worst in her letters, they will make their impression for the entire sorority based on that one girl. The fact that it's come to the point where every time I see a tri sig on campus they look like they've just rolled out of bed and threw their letters on, and that is what ruins their reputation, which is important if you want to be considered "too tier".
