If you divide Theta into their most recent pledge class and everybody else, you get completely different rankings. New pledge class would be a solid upper middle tier no doubt, but their other members are the makings of their last strict probation and would rank bottom tier accordingly. If they get another incredible pledge class, this year they'll likely be making moves up, but if not, it's not looking good.

They think that they're higher than they are. Still upper lower tier, with room to grow, but for now, they are still new and not going anywhere.

Seem to have the best sisterhood on campus. They don't necessarily choose the hottest girls, but they choose people they genuinely like. My roommate freshman year was a zeta and it seemed like she actually knew all of the girls, unlike most of the other sororities
