Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Case Western Reserve University - CWRU 2.0 They had A LOT of members drop this year, and had to recruit 2 girls in the middle of the semester and hand out another snap bid towards the end of the semester. Their retention rate is awful. Work on your sisterhood and maybe people will stay.

They had opportunities for COBs because a couple underclassmen transferred schools. Don't talk about their retention rate if you don't actually know whats going on.

All our deactivations were out of love and respect, people just weren't into being Greek. We chose to recruit new girls cause why not? It's a great opportunity and encouraged by internationals. People hate on us because they're bitter, but all we ever do is have fun with each other(:

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Case Western Reserve University - CWRU 2.4 I like some of them individually. But put them together as a group and I really cannot stand this sorority. when they're together they seem to feed off of each other's personalities and become a very mean group.
