Thetas are starting to find the balance between recruiting really smart and well-rounded girls without being too booky. Their last two pledge classes have been really cool, but overall they’re still one of the least friendly sororities on campus. They don’t seem to associate with any other chapters.

Be careful here. For every nice brother there’s another who’s a skeeze, and they’re kind of rude and closed off to people who aren’t PNMs or brothers. If you are trying to get a bid, make sure there aren’t any bad rumors out about you. Even if they know it’s not true, they care a lot about their reputation. Not really any fun without the brothers they kicked out last year.

Everyone has mixed feelings about A Phi’s rep, including themselves. They are genuinely every bit as pretty, outgoing, sweet, and popular as people make them out to be, but I think the responsibility to maintain this reputation has been really hard for them. I’m friends with a lot of them, and they’re amazing, but every A Phi that I know has serious emotional and/or psychological problems that have stemmed from this.

They have made a lot of progress from last year and seem to be moving away from their initial, garbage mentality that they were going to be the “new and improved A Phi.” I think they’ll grow into something really cool once they find their niche on campus, get a little more established, and have the freedom to be more choosy with their recruitment.

This frat wasn’t even on my radar last year but they have really been rising in popularity. Everyone is starting to notice that these are quality guys, including some of the top tier sororities. I don’t hang around here but every Delt I have met so far has been super nice to me.

The feeling you get hanging around these guys is kind of impossible to find anywhere else. Their brotherhood is really special- every person in it makes it what it is. They’re super close, but not exclusive; Fijis are super, super welcoming to everyone, and you’re especially lucky if you can get close with them because they treat their closest friends like family. They are very very proud of their letters and unbelievably chill. They also started having some of the most fun philanthropy events on campus last year.

Really admired this chapter last year but the more I hear about it from members and the more I observe their presence on campus the less I dig them. It seems like they are recruiting based on popularity without considering that people can become popular among many different groups with very unique dynamics and, therefore, not mesh well together. I think this might be part of why more people deactivate from them than from anywhere else; they’re great individually, not as a group. Also I have never watched so many people be absolutely sloppy at a formal in my life.

Well-rounded, chill, nice people with a girl-next-door vibe

There's a couple weirdos but that's just Case. Overall they are the most authentic girls on campus. They're all pretty hot too. A lot of our brothers are dating them. I don't know much about this incoming pledge class but they seem close which is good considering what happened in last years
