the person below me is clearly misinformed. pi phi a decent middle tier. they have a good mix of girls and did really well in formal recruitment. are there some randoms? yes. as there is with any colonizing class. and there's random people in every sorority on campus. doesn't mean they don't have a great sisterhood. being 'new' is irrelevant to how well they did. anyone going through recruitment will find a home in any of our sororities, they are all great in their own way.

Pi Phi did really well last year when they were new because they had extra help from Greek Life and from their nationals, but this year lost their sparkle because of the new sorority coming on campus in the spring. Instead of being the new sorority this year, they are now just an awkward mix of girls without a house who graduated most of their great founding class.

The 2013 pledge class was really, really good. They're very involved and cohesive. Most of the girls I know are relaxed and sweet and they're pretty involved on campus in a lot of different organizations.

They're really great to people they know, but are somewhat elitist.

Relatively low key. There are some great girls and some not so great girls. They go out and have fun! Don't participate in campus events so much but you still see them around! Not all of the sisters get along, but hey, trying to get 70 girls to like each other is hard. They also weren't super successful in formal last year and got a lot of girls through snap bids. Bottom middle tier, but still a solid organization.
