Were pretty solid before, and known as the freshmen girls stay away fraternity, but after all the sanctions, they've really taken a nosedive. They barely got any recruits the last spring, and don't throw anymore parties and the ones on east 118th aren't that good. House is the only thing going for em now. Meh

Some of the brothers are pretty nice overall, but honestly delt is really only good for freshmen, and sadly that is also their downfall. The parties as a result are pretty creepy, since it's just a dark room and a bunch of thirsty people. Overall, delt pretty much just sums up an average fraternity at case, mediocre at most things, not really standing out. Smack middle tier
