Strictly summarizes an average fraternity here at case. Nothing good and nothing all that bad except that their parties are freshmen girl traps.

Were pretty solid before, and known as the freshmen girls stay away fraternity, but after all the sanctions, they've really taken a nosedive. They barely got any recruits the last spring, and don't throw anymore parties and the ones on east 118th aren't that good. House is the only thing going for em now. Meh
