summer pledging? rumor?

So which houses require their Spring pledge classes to do pledge work over the summer? I was thinking about rushing Spring but heard some houses here do that.

If you don't want to get hazed then rush sig chi but if you want in a house with a house then you'll probably get hazed

Sig Chi already has a house. Their alumni own the property on El Greco near campus.
