how does zbt work?

How does it work to have a combination of old zbt members, phi sigs, AND betas? i feel like thats would create some problems in hierarchy of power. all the power to them because it seems to have worked, theyre climbing the ranks.

I literally haven't seem them do anything at all this quarter. What else besides collecting pledges from other fraternities, qualify them to be "climbing the ranks."
