But ZBT is also on SoPro..but even if neither were on SoPro, they're about the same level still.

sigma chi shouldnt be on this list, they arent an IFC approved chapter yet... yea theyre colonizing soon and will have a house but for now they arent IFC approved and so they shouldnt be on the list. thats like including the lowkey-intact groups of fraternities that were kicked off in the past but still do things.

Damn guys haha I'm in SigChi and we haven't even done stuff and ya'll spitting shade. We don't mind, criticism is chill, it's just kinda funny how many preconceived notions there are. We're just guys trying to start something cool and not step on any toes. I mean we're known enough to be talked about which is notable.

Top: Sig Ep/ATO
Upper Mid: Zete/ZBT
Mid:Sig Pi/Sig Nu/DTD
Bottom: AEPi/Kappa Sig/AGO/Sig Chi
Sig Ep & ATO: top houses obvi
Zete & ZBT: top house potential but way too new for the title
Sig Pi: can be upper mid on their good days but sick house overall
Sig Nu: half of em are cool, other half really weird. They throw sick parties tho
DTD: on so pro but last couple of pledge classes were good so I see them rising slowly
AEPi: slowly becoming irrelevant lol
K Sig: ehh can maybe escape bottom in a couple years with good recruiting
AGO & Sig Chi: c'mon...

Awful rankings...
ZBT is moving way up but needs more good pledge classes. above Zete
Zete has some really really cool guys but there is a drop off that they need to fill. above Sig Try
Sig Pi still is really hit and miss they will bid any average white guy. Yeah they have some sick kids but lots of goobs and whatever kids
Sig Nu is full of people no one knows. even with AEPi by spring
DTD is still pretty irrelevant plus sopro..one pledge class can't change that
AEPi is irrelevant now due to suspension but have one of the best fall pledge classes this year for when they are back in winter/spring.
Kappa Sig has nice guys but socially they just aren't good looking party guys

I'd switch it around a little bit to
Top: SigEp, ATO
Upper Mid: Zete, SigPi
Mid: SigNu, ZBT
Lower Mid: AEPi, DTD
Bottom: Kappa Sig, SigChi
DTD is definitely higher than Kappa Sig and SigChi, I don't see SigNu on the same level as Zete and SigPi, and ZBT higher than AEPi especially due to AEPi's suspension.
